
Kenneth J. Pagliughi
Esq. – Principal and Founder
From 2003 to 2020 Mr. Pagliughi served as the Associate General Counsel P&C Div. Northeast region for NFP (formerly BWD) one of the county’s largest privately held insurance brokerages. He has a diverse background with extensive experience in contracts, general corporate, real estate, regulatory, insurance coverage and preventative law matters.

Mr. Pagliughi now maintains a private practice which is primarily focused on insurance coverage, commercial transactions and general business legal management.

Mr. Pagliughi obtained his Bachelor Degree from Adelphi University where he graduated with honors. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the St. John’s University School of Law and received the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) from the American Institute of Insurance.
From 2005 to 2007 Mr. Pagliughi served as an instructor at Hofstra University teaching a course on the legal environment of insurance.
Mr. Pagliughi is admitted to practice before the New York State Bar -2005, the U.S. District Court Eastern District of New York and was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals 11th Circuit.
